We have a ride for the A riders. Fast, 23 mph+, starting from the Suncoast Trailside Bicycle Shop.

Geoff will lead this ride from the bike shop through Odessa. Start time is 7:30. This is a street ride and fast paced. If you have not been to the shop it is near the Super Target Shopping Plaza at SR54 & the Suncoast Expressway, right across the street from the Suncoast Trail Head Parking Lot. Just look for all the fast bikers.

For the rest of us 8:00 Start Carrollwood to West Chase

An easy ride starting at the parking lot behind Carrollwood Bike Emporium (CBE), going in through Carrollwood Village, picking up the Upper Tampa Trail to the end, then to West Chase making an additional loop there, stopping at the Starbuck's in West Chase. Take Linebaugh back to the Trail again and finishing it @ CBE. This is 26 – 30 mile ride. Also going to have a 40 mile ride and go to Safety Harbor and back to CBE.

We have company coming sometime on Sunday, just not sure of the time yet. Planning on doing the Safety Harbor ride at a slower pace. I am still sore from last Sunday's ride!

I need to limit myself to one fast group ride per week which is Saturday's for me. It is taking me way too long to recover right now when I ride hard on Sat and Sun.

I'll add an update if I'm not going to be able to make it.

I am planning on riding in the morning so see you on the trail. Hopefully the rain will hold off until we can get our ride done.

I checked the weather after today's Safety Harbor ride and the wind was between 14-22 MPH. I think today's ride was more difficult than my Saturday hard ride. Pulling in the wind today was no easy chore. If that no pain, no gain is true we should really benefit from today's ride.
